Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fashtail. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@shugroupllc.shop to arrange for the exchange. Please note that we can only exchange items if they are available in stock.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shugroupllc.shop so that we can resolve the issue promptly. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items without their original tags or packaging
